From the RV Bookstore
"For anyone who wants to combine work and RV travel, this book is essential." By Chuck Woodbury This is a brilliant book the best one, hands down, ever written about working while traveling by RV. Author Jaimie Hall has spent the last ten years traveling fulltime by RV and working along the way. And what she has learned is spelled out in this well-written, well organized and very valuable 400-page book. It's well worth its $19.95 price tag. Hall wrote it for three groups of people:

For the last ten years I have been sharing this information with other working RVers through articles, newsletters, seminars and personal contacts." Hall says that her book is the result of all this research. "This is the book I wanted when we started out," she said. She begins the book with bang outlining the 14 most common mistakes aspiring "workampers" make and how they can avoid them. Headlining the list as the Number 1 mistake is "taking the first job you are offered." Not only does the book provide a wealth of advice about how to find jobs, it contains a comprehensive resource section that details specific information including employers' phone numbers, websites, and email and postal mail addresses. The book is divided into sections, each with specific information. They are:
Finally, the book contains a large resources section with an exhaustive list of potential employers and how to reach them. Support Your RV Lifestyle was published in 2002, updated in 2004, and has become one of our best sellers. We cannot praise it more highly. For anyone who plans to travel by RV and work, this book is essential. $19.95 Sign up for our free email newsletter RV Travel Go to: Beginners Guide to RVing Go to: Full Time RVer Go to: RV Travel Go to: Free Campgrounds Go to: Links to other RV websites Go to: RV jokes |
